We had an amazing stay at Lisa’s condo for some much needed time away from our busy lives. The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. She was responsive to any questions we had immediately!! We will definitely be back!!

Topsail is a great place to visit. The beaches are beautiful. This is a perfect condo to rent for a week or a weekend stay. Everything you need is here, and the included guidebook that Lisa has provided in the unit is great for finding local shops, restaurants and other great places!

The bed and view alone are all the reasons you need to book here! Lisa is a great communicator and makes sure you have all the instructions you need to getting in and your stay in general. The view is AMAZING! Overall, peaceful, quiet and relaxing! I can’t wait to stay here again!

Sea Sprite is an adorable and spacious camper in a family-friendly, laid-back and well loved campground. Lisa includes A LOT of thoughtful extras like spices, movies, games, books, a nice blender…the list is long y’all. The décor is tastefully beach themed. Linens, towels and rugs are soft and sturdy and the bed is clean, firm and comfy. My favorite part – the location is fantastic, you get access to the ocean and sound/bay! Don’t miss the sunrise or the sunset over both respectively.

Great stay here! Everything is there to please everyone (children, teenagers). I enjoyed the various books, magazines left here and there in the house. The house is big enough. It was clean when we arrived and Lisa was always available for us if needed… Access to the beach was about a 6 minute walk from the house. It was nice to be able to enjoy the beach as well. Also, despite having to walk 10-15 minutes to get there we enjoyed the private club pool close to the beach. Another private access for us. If we return to the area, we will stay here again without hesitation!

My family and I found this beautiful place 2 years ago and we just love it! A part of my heart now and forever be in Topsail. Our stay was excellent. Lisa is a great host and we will continue to stay at her places. She responds quickly if anything is needed. The place is clean and very well organized. Peaceful family oriented beach. This home is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures are very accurate. We truly enjoyed sitting on the decks (there are many!) mesmerized by the peaceful beauty of Stump Sound. The home is kept in pristine condition, has large bedrooms, has all the household items needed to get quickly acclimated and very close to the beach/pool. Every morning we would park at thr community pool (less than a 2 minute drive but would be maybe a 5-8 minute walk), spend the day at the beach then hang out in the pool. The owner/manager was extremely responsive to all our inquiries and addressed any issues we had when we arrived. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would book again!

Lisa’s place was perfect for our family vacation. There’s a great dock perfect for kayaking on the sound yet it’s only a block to easy ocean access. The house is fully equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful house! Our family enjoyed staying at Sound Sister for a week to celebrate our parents 60th wedding anniversary. We walked on the dock every day and got some wonderful sunset photos there while enjoying watching the fish jump. Only a short walk across the street to the beach was a bonus. The house itself had plenty of beds and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. Having access to a washer and dryer was great for us as well. I would recommend using the linen service, took away so much stress and they are great towels and sheets. Thank you Lisa for assisting us and being an excellent host!

It was an awesome camper for our family to come too. Our host was always available for anything we needed. The bathhouse was short steps away and clean. The walk to the beach was seamless. We would drive over with our car, dropped off the beach supplies and was able to park back at the camper to avoid the paid parking and then do the -5 minute walk to te beach and enjoyed the beautiful “long stay” campers yard decorations. Always something pretty or cool to look at throughout the campground. Our favorite part was being able to walk to the beach in the evening and early mornings to stroll the ocean line. We have marked this as a favorite to return to next year.
