Making A Reservation
How can I book a vacation rental?
You can choose to book online at ntbvacationlisa.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! You can also call our vacation planners at (910) 467-6530.
What happens after I book online?
After submitting an online reservation request, you will receive an email giving you a review of the reservation and your booking details.
When is my reservation confirmed?
Your request is not finalized until one of our vacation planners has personally verified your information. Once the verification has been completed, within 24 hours after booking your request you will receive your Esign email – you will need to complete and submit the Esign document(s). You may give authorization on your Esign to charge your card of record, if you have a card on file, or you may use our secure Guest Portal to make your payment(s) due. Once we receive your completed Esign and your payment as needed has been received, your reservation request is confirmed.
Do you accept partial week stays?
Yes, however some properties do require week stays during prime season or holidays.
Do you offer monthly rentals?
Absolutely. We do manage properties that offer monthly stays during October through March. For more information please contact us by email or phone.
Do you offer any specials or discounts?
Yes, we will have specials or promotions listed on our website. We may also provide special promo codes to repeat/returning guests by email.
Can I add days to my existing reservation?
If you have a current reservation and would like to add days to the beginning or end of your stay, please contact our vacation planners at 910-467-6530.

Amenities & Features
What items can I expect to find in the home?
All vacation properties are set up for simple housekeeping and cooking. Each property is furnished according to the owner’s taste. Vacation properties vary in amenities, décor, furnishings, etc. Amenities shown in photos are not available for tenant use unless specifically stated in properties description. All vacation properties provide bedspreads and pillows for beds and a few extra blankets.
What baby items may be available?
If not specifically listed in the vacation property description, we do have pack and plays available for use; please contact your vacation planner for additional details.
What paper products are provided?
An initial set up of each bathroom:
- 2 rolls of toilet paper
- 1 bath kit with soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
- An initial set up for kitchen:
- 1 roll of paper towels
- Dish soap
- 4 dish washer tabs for units with dish washers
- Some properties provide additional supplies or an items you may have forgot basket
Is smoking allowed at the property?
None of the properties permit smoking or vaping inside. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this policy will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negotiation of rental in future. Smoking includes all kinds of inhaled lighted materials, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, cigars, pipes, etc.
Check In
Where do I pick up my keys? What if my property is keyless entry?
Most of our properties are accessed via keyless entry. No need to pick up or return keys! The few properties that do not have keyless entry are accessible by a lockbox with keys.
Do you allow early check-ins?
From May thru August, a limited number of vacation properties may offer an early check in option for a fee. Please be aware that in spite of our best practices and hard working cleaning and inspections team members and affiliates, there may be instances where maintenance and cleaning required between stays could cause the property’s readiness for check in to be delayed passed the check in time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may result in as we do want to serve our guests needs to the best of our ability!
Check Out
What time is check-out?
Check out is by no later than 10 am on your check out date. Guests are responsible for completing all items on the check out instructions in the Guest Book at each vacation property prior to checking out.
Do you allow late check outs?
We are currently unable to offer late check outs due to cleaning and maintenance between guests.
What f I left something behind at the property?
If you realize you left something behind, please email or text us via the contact information provided in your check-in /check-out communications. Let us know the property you stayed in, the item(s) you want us to look for, and where in the property you may have left them. We will do our very best to attempt to locate your left behind item(s)! Once our cleaning and inspection teams or the current guests find and return found items to our office, we will arrange via the local UPS store for the packing and return of left behind item(s) – you will be responsible for paying all costs associated with the packing and return of left behind item(s). We are not responsible for articles left or lost in vacation properties nor are we responsible for any theft that may occur during your stay. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity or discarded at the end of each year.
